"Fantastic single shared by Montreal’s Red Mass (who manage to bring Jefferson Airplane into the futurist garage rock era with the help of King Khan) and Vancouver’s Cindy Lee (who evoke the same timeless vibe as Chris D & Julie Christensen’s early duets in a very sparse setting). Released by a Vancouver zine that is worth eyeing as well." - Byron Coley, The Wire (July 2013)
Includes unlimited streaming of RED MASS / CINDY LEE Split 7″

Åhhh altså.
Helt fantastisk.
En vidunderlig verden at træde ind i.
Lydene lukker mig ind i en verden af patineret skostirrende ye-ye reflekteret af tusinder af hvide porcelæn klinker i en lang labyrint af rum og gange. solud

This album is so varied and a staple to rock in Canada, I really appreciate all the effort put in by each member of Freak Heat Waves. So much raw talent and killing of a game. This is the type of album I listened to on a plane and was swept out of my head and into a different world, the same world. My top three favs are Design of Success, Dig a Hole, but for sure China Blue.
